Pink.
I grew up in a pink room (not by choice) until the age of 11. Everything was pink, the textiles, the carpet, the linens, the toys and even a certain bucket full of Legos were pink.
I grew an enormous dislike for the color, to the point of never wearing it, decorating with it, and I believe my candy choices veered toward the grape flavor instead of strawberry for a longtime.
Time heals all wounds so the saying tells us and in this case it holds true. In small doses, pink is making it’s way back into my home, here’s some inspiration.
